Chunky Monkey

I wanted to post some cute pictures of my little monkey. He is getting so big and chubby...all 14 lbs. of him. hehe

Here are some things he likes to do:

-go running with mommy a few times a week

-drink bottles. It is so cute how he kicks his legs and starts to grab and open his mouth when he sees it coming

-eating rice cereal and veggies. We have been eating two meals a day. Somehow he manages to get it all over himself even with a bib on.

-going for long walks at night during his crabby time. Between the hours of 5-7 are painful for me. We are kind of bored and need something to do instead of being tied up in our house. Most of the time we make dinner, eat it, and then head out for a walk. Wyatt will be kind of fussy but as soon as we go outside he shuts up and just observes the scenery. He could be out there for hours.

-still talks like crazy

-can now bear weight on his legs when standing on my lap

-still hates tummy time. Sometimes he forgets that he knows how to roll over and tummy time would end if he did but he likes to cry instead. Perhaps he has to forget this to be able to roll from back to front. He will be a late crawler I can just feel it.

-belly laughs at me playing peek a boo

-we have been having night dance parties before dad gets home. I'm not sure who enjoys it more.

-he has been starting to transfer objects from one hand to the next. I think he has probably done this before but I just don't notice it so when the dr. asked about it I said no.

-still sleeping 11-12 hours at night (he wakes up during night but puts himself back to sleep...I've been hearing him lately talking to himself)

-takes three naps a day....sometimes two if they are both long ones.
