First of all, I need to explain how much these shorts mean to Wyatt. Saying he loves them would be an understatement. Seriously! He wears them every Tuesday because laundry day is on Monday. He even tries to get me to let him wear them another day too. I'll be the first to admit that some days it is a battle I don't want to win. My little boy is learning how to manipulate us.
Most of the time it doesn't work but sometimes we get caught in his ploy. But our little friend has his babysitters wrapped around his little fingers.
The other night we came home from our date. Jason always checks on him while I take the sitter home. Jason reported that all was well, green shorts and all. That little turkey convinced the babysitter to get the green shorts out of the dirty clothes basket as well as the Batman shirt. This happened with a different babysitter the week before. Plus, his dearly beloved Lightning McQueen car was in the crib with him. That battle was already won by parents.
Parents=1
Babysitters=0
Wyatt=2
We sure do need to be careful!

That is so funny. Jovie absolutely loves her frilly Easter dress (that is all hot and polyestery) and everytime I open up the closet to see what she wants to wear she always wants the "BEUUUUUUFUL dress". I guess I'm mean, dresses just come out on Sundays (unless I can't stand the tantrum!) hahah. Kids are so great.
