I've been doing Crossfit for about a year now. Recently, I switched boxes and let's just say it was the best thing I've done. I've already seen major improvements in my ability to lift heavy stuff. I still can't do double unders or pull-ups without bands but one day I will.
My latest accomplishments were setting some PRs on a few of the Olympic lifts. It was an amazing feeling. I'm pretty sure I was sandbagging it at San Tan because the trainer just didn't push me the way my trainers do at Unitas.

Another breakthrough was with box jumps. After the twins were born I fell while trying to do a box jump so I've been nervous to do them. I've done stepups instead. Well, one day Gene said, "You've got this! Do you want to do this on a tire?"
There was my solution! It was so easy and I did it. Not only did I do one but I did 40! Love that I'm getting better!!! It was all mental and I'm glad I got past that.
Now if I could just get over this knee problem.
