IV anyone?

So, I forgot to mention a funny thing that happened at the doctor the other day. Since we had our US, I was supposed to drink 32 oz. before I went in so my bladder would be full. Well, if you know me, I drank more than needed. Surprised? I didn't think so. Anyway, the water was taking its sweet time to get to my bladder. The US tech asked if I drank before I came. I said, "Yes." She said, "Maybe you are dehydrated!" I told her that I went running outside before I came so maybe my body needed more water than I gave it. She told me that I needed to make sure I drank plenty of/more fluids throughout my pregnancy. Does anyone have an IV handy?

Me, drink more? Is that possible? Good thing Jason was there to vouch for me about my drinking habits.

It all started in high school. I always had a water bottle with me and still will not leave home without one. It's my MO! Which one do you think would be better for my new H20 on the Go?

That's hilarious because the 32 oz. they encourage leave me in such serious pain for ultrasounds that I am in tears. In fact, my second ultrasound I drank half that amount and was still bursting. You must be a water MANIAC! Congrats on the boy! I am so excited for you guys.

You're a maniac for running *outside* in this heat.

I vouched for you today--Higley called for a reference check. Have you been to the Mesa sub class yet? I think I'm going next Wed.

I like the IV on the pole. When anybody asks you about it you can say you are a hydrated pole dancer.

All I ask is no slurping!

Ok Kate, this is going to be kind of a long comment....
One of my friends, Kelly Beecher, told me a year ago that you and Jason had a blog, but after seeing it I knew it was clearly yours and seeing as how we don't know each other I decided not to comment you. My name is Monica Brady Hanson and Jason was one of my childhood and teenage friends. It all started when my friend Kelly was telling me this completely crazy story about her sister, Lisa, trying to buy a house and that she was waiting down the street from the development with her friends fiancee/husband to get a call so they could rush over to put dibs on a lot. She was saying what a nice guy he was, and that he was totally addicted to their family sub shop Krazy Sub. Imagine my surprise to find out it was Jason. The addicted to Krazy Sub should have been my big tip off. Anyway, I when I saw that you were expecting a baby I was so excited for the two of you. If I had to name a boy that I thought would turn into a great husband and a terrific father, it would definitely be Jason. Anyway congratulations and best wishes for much happiness! =)
