Culminating event

Yesterday my sister-in-law and I went to the Asian market in Chandler. It was a great culminating experience after reading my latest book on Chinese culture. I feel like I am back in school already because I'm doing activities that extend the learning. Oh wow! I am such a teacher. I bought a few items to include in my stir-fry dinner tomorrow night along with some cute Chinese bowls to put them in. The kids actually like coming to this store (even though there is a smell to it) because you can watch live fish in tanks just "screaming" to get out. Elias kept saying phrases that the fish were probably saying... "Help us! Get us out of here! We're doomed!"
