Today when I got the mail I was so delighted. My heartrate monitor came back. I sent it in to replace the battery a few weeks ago and have felt naked while working out without it. I'm sooooo excited to finally have a part of my heart back. It has been weird working out and not knowing what my heartrate is and the number of calories burned. They had to replace one of the parts but lo and behold it's back! Yipee!! You better believe it will be joining me in my workout tomorrow!

So let me see if I got that right, when you workout with out the heart monitor you are naked?
Congrats on that and congrats on being absolutely CRAZY for getting up at 5:30am to exercise!! I'll tell you what you and all of your "5:30 friends" have in common. You should all be in a LOONEY BIN!! :) Ok, really I'm jealous I will never ever ever ever be able to do that.
