ELMO!

Elmo has become a new resident at the Winsor household. One day I mentioned on FB that Wyatt loved watching Elmo on t.v. and reading books with Elmo in them. Everyone said that I should cave and buy an Elmo because it is fun seeing your kids interact with things they really love. Well, cave I did and it is so cute seeing Wyatt with his Elmo.

I did bribe him awhile back that I would buy him a toy if he started to walk. You better believe that the day he took those ten steps, we hopped in the car and got him an Elmo (do I dare say doll?). We went to Goodwill and I was just hoping that there was SOMETHING Elmo. The stars were aligned that day! Plus it was only $2.

As soon as I gave Elmo to Wyatt for safe keeping, he gave him a HUGE hug. He smiled from ear to ear then hugged him again. Okay, it was the cutest thing ever and I only wished I had caved sooner. Even this morning after we ate breakfast, Wyatt raced over to Elmo and gave him another hug. He just sat and talked with his new friend. Then he wanted to see all the pictures I took of Elmo and him.
