Newport Beach 2007

This past week my family rented a beach house on Newport Beach in California. I was able to go for the first few days of the trip. Yes, I even decided to get a sub for two days in a row. Now, for most of you, you might think that would be a simple task. It was a difficult decision for me to miss the 4th and 5th day of school because I'm trying to set routines/procedures, but my mom convinced me to go. Boy am I glad I did! I had a blast! It was difficult coming back early knowing that everyone else was having fun at the beach. Here are a few pictures...

We even went to the happiest place on Earth...Disneyland! I actually couldn't stop smiling while I was there. It was my first time to go with kids and it was so fun. My poor sister was a little bored because she was pregnant and couldn't go on any of the rides with us. Note to self...don't go to Disneyland while pregnant.
